At the start of any operation we will always undertake a background enquiry, to validate existing information, followed by a period of reconnaissance to complete the picture.

If, at any point, we believe that there is no case to answer or that further investigation would be wasted then we will tell you. Our philosophy of openness and honesty, exemplified in our ongoing liaison with our clients, ensures that investigations are resolved quickly and effectively - and at the minimum cost.
